I’ve been attending classes since 2019 and couldn’t be happier! I had practiced Pilates for many years prior and can honestly say I learn something new each class at SL2. This is a studio where you can feel comfortable coming with your “whole self” and the instructor will meet you at your level. Laura and her staff are very knowledgeable and the small class sizes help ensure each student receives personalized attention. Highly recommend.

Thanks so much for your kind review, Susanne! Has it really only been 2 years? You're such a staple at SL2, it feels like you've been with us all 10! You're a ray of sunshine in every class...I'm glad we're still able to engage you (and your Core)! And thank YOU for inspiring us all to keep you challenged!

I have been doing Pilates at this studio for years. Laura, the Owner is fantastic. Laura has created an atmosphere that everyone is welcome. It feels like it is a family of Pilates people. It’s great. Many classes and times at different levels. The Studio is clean with a real awareness for the times we are living. You will not be sorry, come join it’s great
