Small-Group Equipment Classes


At Studio L2 we offer small group training on all the pilates equipment so health-conscious people in the Southwest Metro can find a pilates option that’s right for both their body and their budget. 

 

Our 55-minute classes accommodate a maximum of 5 students.  The small class size allows our extensively trained teachers to give personalized attention, like providing one student with more advanced exercises while offering modifications for others.  Each class is a workout specifically designed by the instructor to safely challenge everyone in the group.  The teachers use both verbal and tactile cueing, so you’ll get what your body needs in every class!   

 

In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference; in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference; in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.
